Joe is an athlete with extensive history of 30+ years of exercise experience covering running, flexibility, balance, strengthening, cardio, stress management, weight management and yoga programs. He has also held various corporate leadership roles in human resources.  He brings a wide range of services to clients to include: wellness, people management and life coach services.
 
Joe works with a wide range of clients from beginners, advanced, athletes, and clients with special needs.
